Cancellation

Cancellations made by 6pm the day prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 6pm the day prior are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s rate plus tax. Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled arrival date are responsible for the night’s rate plus tax and will receive no refund.

Rooms

All rooms include Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffeemaker with Coffee & Tea, FLAT SCREEN TV with Cable, Air conditioner and Heater.

Deposits

All reservations require an advance deposit equal to the first night’s rate plus tax at the time of booking.

Check-in and check-Out

Check-In is between 3:00 and 7:00 pm if arriving later than 7pm, please call for late arrival instructions. Check-Out is at 11:00am or before.

Non-Smoking

Baby Quail Inn is a totally non-smoking property inside and outside. There is a $300.00 fine for smoking.

Pet-Free Hotel

The Baby Quail Inn does not allow pets.
